Being an AGENT implies being salesmen, career counselors, consultants, advisers, fact finders and “shrink's". We are balanced in our advice. We present both sides of the story asking the candidate a multitude of questions geared directly toward her/his professional needs and wants, and we work to build a relationship based on trust with the candidate. WHO WE ARE

We set up YM I RIGHT because as employers in the industry we were frustrated by the lack of understanding shown by generalist recruiters who moved into our industry and regularly demonstrated their subsequent inability to accurately shortlist candidates. If you are the one doing the recruiting; you are probably tired of receiving calls from recruiters who don’t really understand what’s involved in delivering search engine optimisation, content marketing and pay per click campaigns.

At YM I RIGHT we have 20 years of experience from working in the digital world with focus on digital marketing & communication at Google, Electrolux, Spray Network, Toga.com/YaTack.no

ABOUT OUR TALENTS

 

Recruiting talent into your new or existing business should always be one of your top priorities as a leader. But hiring the best and brightest is not always the easiest thing to do. With so many qualified individuals out there, finding the one for you can be an overwhelming task. You have a pile of resumes on your desk at your disposal, but how much does that resume really say? The Magic

 

While we have our base in Stockholm, Sweden, we work with global clients on both the Talent and the employer side. With a client base consisting of a selected number of approx. 28 senior Tech Talents & marketing specialists, YM I RIGHT acts as their agent, presenting them with opportunities based upon an agreed list of chosen brands.

HIRING COMPANY: When YM I RIGHT is contacted by a business to match them with a Talent, YM I RIGHT will consult within our base of the talents we represent, for a perfect match. If the referral leads to a contract between the Talent and the employer and only then, YM I RIGHT will benefit from a so called ”Success Fee”, a brokerage fee of 2 months compensation.

RECRUITER: When a recruitment agency is already involved, YM I RIGHT’s role will be as referral recruiter. 
Our mission is to meet with our Talent’s needs, why we very much welcome collaborations with recruitment agencies and Talent Acquisition representatives.

We employ a structured, phased approach to search planning and execution, with a specific objectives for each phase.

  • Phase 1 - Client Briefing, Research (+Progress Review)

  • Phase 2 - Sourcing amongst YM I RIGHT's Talents

  • Phase 3 - Evaluation & Presentation of the Talent

  • Phase 4 - Lead Recruitment Agency interview (if applicable), Client Interviews (+Progress Review)
